2024 Carpenter Cup
On Tuesday, May 7th, the second annual Carpenter Cup golf tournament was held at the 2023 tournament’s winning club, Hackberry Creek Country Club. The “Carpenter Cup”, named after Las Colinas developer Ben Carpenter, is a golf tournament between the three clubs in Las Colinas – Hackberry Creek Country Club, Las Colinas Country Club and The Nelson Golf and Sports Club
2024 Annual Meeting Results
The Las Colinas Association held their Annual Meeting on Tuesday, March 26, 2024. The 2023 total assessed dollar value of property by which votes are calculated is $14,898,968,135 which represents 148,990,055 eligible member votes. In order to hold the meeting, 74,498,028 are needed for a quorum, which was met.
Iconic Resort Reborn as Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas with multi-million dollar revamp
The revered Ritz-Carlton flag has been raised at Texas’ original luxury resort. The Las Colinas Resort, Dallas (formerly Four Seasons Club and Resort Dallas at Las Colinas), is now the Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas. With a portion of the $55 million renovation completed and the final phases just a few months away from finalization, the rebrand became official on January 23rd.
