“We saw a need for a winter running event 3-4 months before the Irving Marathon in the spring,” said Race Director Lazaro Alvarez. “The Irving Frost Half Marathon is an opportunity for a site and course preview before going the distance in the spring to complete the Irving Marathon.”

The scenic USATF routes, winter theme, post-race celebration, and central location, make the Irving Frost Half Marathon one of the best running events in North Texas.

Distances for all fitness levels are available, participants can choose to run the 13.1 mile, 10k, or 5k distances. The time limit to complete the race is 3.5 hours. Irving Frost event perks include finisher medals, event performance shirt, FREE event photos, water stations, a race recovery area at the finish line, a post-race party at America’s #1 Concert Venue, and more.

The Irving Frost includes a unique Team Challenge category ideal for groups and company team builders. The Corporate Wellness Program provides companies an avenue for their employees to register, train, be healthy, and have fun while synching with their company’s benefit programs.
