The City of Irving is providing residents and visitors two days of Fourth of July festivities to enjoy this year. The city’s annual event, Sparks & Stripes will now take place July 3rd and 4th. The fireworks and drone show will be held on July 3rd from 7-10 p.m. at Levy Event Plaza and the city parade will take place on July 4th at 9 a.m. in the Irving Heritage District.
