Fajita

Today is National Fajita Day and Takeout Tuesday! What an awesome day to grab some takeout or go dine-in at a local restaurant. We’ve pulled together a list of the restaurant specials for this special occasion as well as what unique fajitas Las Colinas restaurants are serving up. Here’s a quick fun fact about Fajitas, did you know in the early 1930s, Mexican vaqueros in Southwest Texas developed what we’ve grown to love all over the United States? Using cuts of beef other’s did not want, they developed the Fajita.
