Leadership rooted in Las Colinas
In the recent May 2nd election, longtime Irving–Las Colinas resident and former Las Colinas Association Board of Directors Chairman, Al Zapanta, was elected Mayor of Irving, while fellow resident Mark Cronenwett was re-elected to represent District 5. The community also celebrates David Pfaff, a longtime resident who was elected to District 2 in 2025. Read below to learn more about the mayor and council members.
2026 LCA Annual Assessment
Las Colinas Association members will soon begin receiving 2026 Annual Assessment statements by mail. In addition to mailed notices, members will also receive an email regarding their 2026 Assessment that includes a secure online payment option with a “Click Here to Pay” link.
