2024 Annual Meeting of Members

The 2024 Annual Meeting of Members will take place Tuesday, March 26th at 4 pm. The purpose of this year’s Annual Meeting is the election of two (2) Directors to the Las Colinas Association Board. Biographies for the candidates can be referenced below.

The 2024 Annual Meeting of Members will take place  Tuesday, March 26th at 4 pm. The purpose of this year’s Annual Meeting is the election of two (2) Directors to the Las Colinas Association Board. Biographies for the candidates can be referenced below.

The Annual Meeting notice, voting proxy and candidate biographies for the Board of Directors was e-mailed to members on February 5th from the announcement@associationvoting.com address. The same information will be delivered to mailboxes by February 16th. If you have not received the electronic version of the Annual Meeting notice or have an issue, please contact Jennifer Austin, Managing Director, at jaustin@lascolinas.org or 972-541-2345. Members will have the opportunity to cast their vote online or by mail until noon on March 26th.

 

Board of Director Candidate Biographies

Kenneth Gwyn

Board of Director Candidate, Residential Member

Kenneth H. Gwyn has led an accomplished career overseeing and directing large public organizations. In September 2014, he retired from the City of Dallas after thirty years to pursue the next phase of his career. 

During his tenure with the City of Dallas, Kenneth quickly rose through the ranks to lead several major departments. As Assistant Director of Human Resources and as Director of Strategic Customer Services, Kenneth had responsibility for over 13,000 employees. Much of that time was spent leading the Department of Aviation. As department director, Kenneth was responsible for the overall management and operation of Dallas Love Field Airport, Dallas Executive Airport and the Dallas Vertiport/Heliport. 

With decades of experience, Kenneth is an “Accredited Airport Executive” (A.A.E) and shares his aviation knowledge through published writings and training workshops. He has contributed to several major publications speaking on the subjects of airport management, leadership, strategic planning and customer service. 

Kenneth currently serves as an adjunct professor of political science for Dallas College where he has taught for nearly 40 years. He received a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from The American University in Washington, D.C. He and his wife, Mary Scott-Gwyn, live in University Park Estates. In his spare time, Kenneth enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, playing golf and snow skiing.

 

Andrew Lodeseen

Executive Vice President of Development

Andrew Lodeesen is a highly accomplished commercial real estate development professional with over 20 years of experience. His direct involvement in over 500 real estate transactions and oversight of the development of 3 million rentable square feet reflect his extensive expertise in the field. Throughout his career, Andrew has served a diverse portfolio of clients across the public and private sectors, including renowned entities such as Lockheed Martin, Bell Helicopter, Axiom Space, Realtor.com, UT Health, AT&T, L3 Harris, Tiffs Treats, TSMC Technology, Oracle, City of Austin, Brookdale, Honeywell, Tesla, McKesson, Macquarie, Tyco, and NextEra Energy.

Currently serving on the boards of three Property Owner Associations, Andrew contributes his expertise to community governance. As the Executive Vice President of Development at Capital Commercial Investments (CCI), Andrew excels in his role, driving strategic initiatives and overseeing the development of commercial real estate projects. His extensive experience and successful collaborations demonstrate his effectiveness and leadership in the dynamic commercial real estate development landscape.

Andrew holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and an Associate of Science Degree in Architectural Design. In addition, he is certified in Real Estate Investment and Development from Rice University. Also, Andrew holds five professional designations: Project Management Professional
(PMP), Real Estate Sales Agent, Certified General Contractor, LEED AP, and Certified Structural Building Inspector.
