Perry Flower Clock is located at the intersection of Highway 114 and O’Connor Blvd. The Mandalay Canal Lights are located at 215 Mandalay Drive and can be accessed from Las Colinas Blvd. and Mandalay Dr. From now until October 31st, drop by to see these spooktacular displays.
