The Las Colinas Association Annual Meeting was held on Tuesday, March 24th at 4 p.m. at the Las Colinas Association offices. Thank you to all members who took the time to vote in this year’s annual meeting, which included the election of three board candidates and the consideration of amending five Supplementary Declarations. The results of the 2026 Annual Meeting of Members are included below.
The Lakes of Las Colinas (“The Lakes”), a single-family neighborhood, is in part governed by Supplementary Declarations (SDs) Nos. 164, 165, 167, 224 and 225. During the Annual Meeting, these five SDs were amended to remove the requirement that rear and side yards located behind fences or gates be sodded with grass only, which allows other options such as ground cover, synthetic turf or river rock to be considered.
