Las Colinas Association members will soon begin receiving 2026 Assessment statements by mail. In addition to mailed notices, members will also receive an email regarding their 2026 Assessment that includes a secure online payment option with a “Click Here to Pay” link.
Please note: these assessment emails are legitimate communications from the Las Colinas Association and are not spam or phishing emails. To ensure we have your correct email address on file, please email our database team and include your full name and property address: changemyinfo@lascolinas.org.
The assessment rate is 0.115 per $100.00 of assessed value. Accounts not paid by July 31, 2026, will begin accruing interest at a rate of 10% per annum, calculated monthly.
