The 2025 Las Colinas Association Annual Assessment has been distributed to property owners by electronic and U.S. Mail. The assessment rate is 0.115 per $100.00 of assessed value. The assessment payment deadline is July 1, 2025. Accounts not paid by July 31, 2025, will begin accruing interest at a rate of 10% per annum, calculated monthly. You may conveniently make payments online by registering or using the QuickPay feature at members.lascolinas.org/login.
