Las Colinas Home Tour

Step behind the gates and experience some of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Dallas-Fort Worth. Whether you’re an architecture enthusiast, a curious neighbor, or a design aficionado, this self-guided tour offers a rare glimpse into the stunning homes that make Las Colinas so special. In partnership with the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Dallas Chapter, the Las Colinas Association is proud to revive the tradition of the Las Colinas home tour on May 20th and 21st.

Tickets are good for both May 20th and 21st. You may choose to visit all homes in one day or split them among both days. Tour hours are from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day.

Proceeds from ticket sales will go towards a charity of the homeowners’ choosing. Charities include the CD Mitchell Foundation, Irving Schools Foundation, Irving Symphony Orchestra, Dallas CASA and Irving Cares.

Six homes will be open to view. Two in Fox Glen, two in University Hills and two in Cottonwood Valley.

Tour rules

Transportation and Access

Please follow all signage. Access to gated communities will be denied to anyone without a registered license plate and a valid ticket. Inside communities, follow designated route to each home.
All tour attendees must check in with on-site volunteer upon arrival at gated community entrance.
Parking must be done in an orderly fashion – no double-parking, please do not block driveways or intersections.
All tour attendees must use sidewalks or street – no cutting across lawns or other private property.

Home Visits

No cameras or photographs are allowed inside the home (this includes cell phone cameras). Anyone caught taking photos or video during the tour will risk surrendering their ticket.
Please remove shoes or wear booties provided at each featured home.
Turn off or mute cell phones while in the homes. Please take all calls outside.
No food or drinks may be taken inside the homes.
No smoking is allowed on the property or inside the homes. Please dispose of cigarette butts before entry onto the property.
Do not open closed drawers, refrigerators, closets, doors, or cabinets.
Do not enter areas that have been closed or blocked off.
No children under the age of 12
Children under the age of 18 must be always accompanied by an adult.
No pets allowed.
No large bags or backpacks allowed.

Failure to comply with rules will result in expulsion from tour.
