The Special Meeting of Members scheduled for Tuesday, October 3rd at 4 p.m., could not proceed as we did not meet the required quorum. Unfortunately, an insufficient number of member votes were collected to hold the meeting and the proposed amendments have not yet passed.
We appreciate and thank those members who took the time to submit their vote. For member votes that are still outstanding, please be on the lookout for an email containing online voting credentials sent through our online voting portal, Association Voting.
