The Las Colinas Day of the Dead Canalside Celebration presented by the U.S.-Mexico Cultural Educational Foundation, in partnership with the Las Colinas Association and the state of Aguascalientes, Mexico will be held on Saturday, November 2nd from 2-10 p.m. on the Mandalay Canal.
