The 2024 Las Colinas Association Annual Assessment is currently being distributed to property owners by electronic and U.S. Mail.
Assessment Details:
For the current budget year, the LCA Board of Directors has set the assessment rate at 0.115 per $100.00 of assessed value. We’re pleased to note that this marks the third consecutive year we’ve managed to decrease the assessment rate.
The assessment payment deadline is July 1, 2024, with a grace period until July 31, 2024, after which payments will be considered delinquent. You may conveniently make payments online by registering or using the QuickPay feature at members.lascolinas.org/login. Please see below for additional payment options and instructions.
By Check
Please make checks payable to THE LAS COLINAS ASSOCIATION and include your Account (Customer) Number on your payment.
Checks should be mailed to P.O. Box 203264 Dallas, TX 75320-3264.
Online
The Las Colinas Association has upgraded the customer payment portal. Below you will find step by step instructions.
STEP 1
Enter your account (customer) number and the invoice number located on your assessment (please include INV followed by the numbers)
Select the CHECK INVOICE button
STEP 2
From there, your invoice amount, customer name and invoice date will appear
Select a payment method: credit card (cc) or electronic check
Select the PAY INVOICE button
STEP 3
Review your invoice amount, then select the orange Checkout button
STEP 4
Complete the steps on the payment page by entering your information into the blank fields under the billing address section and the payment section
Once the information has been entered, select the Submit Payment button
If you would like a receipt of this payment, please ensure you fill out the e-mail field.
