Alexander Homes Development Company intends to purchase 22.1 acres from Fluor Corporation. Located south of La Villita Blvd. and east of Las Colinas Blvd., this undeveloped tract of land is governed by Supplementary Declaration No. 163. The current allowed uses on this property are commercial-related. The developer proposes to amend Supplementary Declaration No. 163 by adding single-family detached as an allowed use. Subject to the change, Alexander Homes will develop an exclusive gated residential development with approximately 75 detached single-family home sites. According to the developer, these high-end upscale custom homes will range from 4,400 sq. ft to 5,200 sq. ft and will be designed for a luxury lifestyle with the highest quality finish-outs. The close proximity to Las Colinas amenities, DFW airport and several major highways makes this site very attractive to corporate executives, growing families and empty nesters alike.
