Your Las Colinas Association’s annual assessment for each calendar year, January through December, is invoiced in May and due July 1st.
The assessed value for your property, used by the Association to calculate the assessment, is based on the Dallas Central Appraisal District assessed value of the previous year. More information available at www.Dallascad.org. The Board of Directors set the assessment rate at $0.14 (14 cents) per one hundred dollars ($100.00) of that appraised market value.

Your Board of Directors and staff work diligently to provide the optimal services contemplated and allowed by the Articles of Incorporation while maintain a reasonable assessment rate. The current assessment rate of 14 cents was first set in 2005 and has been maintained ever since. We have strived to do this in spite of the fact that total property values are at 2008 levels.
Please do not confuse your Las Colinas Association assessment invoice with assessment invoices you may receive from a neighborhood homeowner’s association, residential condo association, residential townhome association, commercial condo association, or similar association in Las Colinas to which you may belong.
