I wanted to bring you up to date on the Association operations.
To comply with the order of Dallas County Judge Jenkins, our office building will be closed, except for Security and Dispatch, starting tomorrow (Tuesday, March 24th) and will remain closed until further notice. This does not mean we are completely shutting down operations. We will continue to serve you.
- We will continue to monitor fire and burglar alarms for active accounts. To reach Security Dispatch: 972-541-1312. For safety related issues: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Our patrol officers will continue to patrol the community
- We will continue to process plan submissions – we realize many of you have some extra time at home and may want to complete some exterior home / yard projects. We do need to remind you that any exterior modifications need to be reviewed and approved before the work begins. - Our litter control / maintenance staff will continue to pick up trash in the public areas and parks.
