The 2022 total assessed dollar value of property by which votes are calculated is $13,631,446,647 which represents 136,314,850 eligible member votes. In order to hold the Annual Meeting of Members, 68,157,425 are needed for a quorum, which was met. Below you will find the results of the meeting.

Supplementary Declaration #124 was amended to permit the City of Irving to build a new municipal fire station to service the Las Colinas area. The proposed fire station will replace the current Fire Station #8 located at 650 E. Las Colinas Boulevard.
