Irving Marathon Running Series presents Fiesta de Mayo

Compete in one more race before the heat of the Texas summer begins at Irving Marathon Running Series’ Fiesta de Mayo half marathon at the Toyota Music Factory. This race has 10k and 5k options along with a half marathon. The race will be held on May 21st and benefits the Irving Schools Foundation. Each participant will receive complimentary breakfast tacos or pancakes, two complimentary beverages and access to the post-race party. Toyota Music Factory Cinco De Mayo Celebration

Toyota Music Factory is celebrating all evening long on Cinco de Mayo. Pacheco Taco Bar will provide food and drinks on the Texas Lottery Plaza® for anyone who is listening to Mariachi Fusion on the stage. If you love to indulge in tacos, participate in the taco eating contest for a chance to win a weekend night stay at the Omni Las Colinas Hotel and Toyota Music Factory gift cards. Ballet Folklorico will be performing on the stage as well. Festivities begin at 6 p.m. on Thursday, May 5th.

Mexican Sugar will host an elevated Cinco De Mayo dining experience that focuses on the culture of Cinco de Mayo with several food and drink stations throughout the restaurant on May 5th from when they open until closing time. Guests can enjoy live music and enjoy drink specials. Featured cocktails include the Nitro margarita and Battle of Pueblo Station cocktail, which features Pueblo Mezcal and comes with a Cinco de Mayo t-shirt.
