Community Relations & Marketing
The Association´s Community Relations Department serves as a liaison between the Association, its membership, subgroups of the membership and various community, civic, educational, cultural, and municipal entities.
Some of the liaison groups and other activities in which the Community Relations Department is involved include:
- New Member Orientations
- Urban Center Property Managers
- Residential (Homeowners Association) Presidents
- Realtor and Title Company Forums
- Community Task Force Groups and Initiatives
- Multifamily Liaisons
- Special Projects and Events
- Local / State Legislative Issues
Spirit of Las Colinas, the Association’s bi-monthly newsletter, is produced by the Community Relations staff and is mailed six times per year to commercial and residential members. Spirit of Las Colinas focuses on community offerings like local restaurants, businesses, non-profits, Happy hour hot spots, projects in construction, community-wide events, education, new members, and Association news and updates.
The Community Relations & Marketing department is also responsible for the quarterly Restaurant Guides, Annual Reports, Welcome Packets and Voter’s Guides for SD Amendments. All of these, in addition to Spirit of Las Colinas, can be viewed online at https://issuu.com/lascolinasassociation2.
